Meet Melanie - Your Pilates Instructor in Mangrove Mountain

Melanie has over 30 years of experience in dance, movement, and fitness, and is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor dedicated to helping you build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.

She works with both men and women of all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced clients — creating a supportive, down-to-earth environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Her approach follows the tried and tested Pilates method, designed to increase core strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and help you feel stronger and move better in your day-to-day life.

I offer fun, dynamic group mat classes at the local community hall for those who love a social, active environment, as well as personalised private Pilates sessions in my newly built, tranquil studio.
